• Returns will not be accepted for used products due to hygiene reasons.

• Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

• You will need to ship the product back to our warehouse (shipping cost may apply).

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a full refund.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

4. Rejected Returns

If a returned product does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
